Emmy Toerker is a scientist in the department for flexible  organic electronics. Her specialty is encapsulation of thin film devices and atomic layer deposition.

With its focus on developing key technologies that are vital for the future and enabling the commercial exploitation of this work by business and industry, Fraunhofer plays a central role in the innovation process. The Frauhofer FEP is located in Dresden and researches organic electronica and electron-beam and plasma technolgoy.
